Positives:
+ Rapid fire jokes and gags come at you relentlessly from the second you start an episode. There is no filler, plot or character development, it's all comedy all the time. The jokes might have gotten old if the episodes were longer than 3 minutes, but it's the perfect length for this type of series.
+ Funny meta-humor and inside jokes
+ Absurd sense of humor that emphatically discards any notion of realism. Much closer to the aforementioned Looney Tunes than to other anime in its presentation and type of jokes.
Negatives:
- The 3 minute length and dense layering of jokes means everyone sounds like they're talking at 2x speed and it can be hard to follow at times.
- Everyone is screaming all the time and it's just an immensely chaotic show overall. Not necessarily a bad thing, but might be for some.
- Sometimes strays into "lol so random!" territory with its gags and they don't always land, especially the parts with Takumi taking his clothes off
