If someone finds similarities between Nichijou and DKNN - I think he can watch Azumanga Daioh too. It's anime about daily life of high school girls with weird personalities and funny life. Both series are comedies and both have very good sense of humor.
A series of comedic sketches from everyday life of a group of high-schoolers without any big plot.
they both have this structure where there isn't really a plot but random school/ slice of life moments told in 4-5 parts in one episode the comedy is there in both series and it's fun seeing what girls have to faff about and what situations boys 'struggle' through in their everyday school life.
Both are funny as hell. Danshi Koukousei is the counter-part Azumanga Daioh.
This is just like the OG female version of daily lives of highschool boys with a lot more comedy. I think Azumanga Daioh is one of the best comedy shows I have seen. If you loved highschool boys, you will love Azumanga Daioh even more.
