Lmao, that peer pressure will get to you! Careful! Oh yeah, i played a bit of S/V on the Switch 2 and it's like night and day looool, it's SOOO much better - it feels like how they game was supposed to release. So much smoother, lots of Pokemon at once on the screens, just in general looks and runs way better. It's like a whole new game lmao.

I have actually been to a handful of midnight releases overtime. They can actually be really fun especially since they let you connect with other gamers that enjoy the same thing you do for that night. I don't blame you though, I too enjoy a good night's sleep when I can get it! Instead of counting sheep we count video game cartridges! XD

So even though you aren't going to pick up a Switch 2 yet, do you have any plans to try it out at a local game store maybe? That's what I'm hoping to do soon.

Lmao, tbf maybe now with the Switch 2, they'll finally put some effort into it. From what i saw with Legends ZA, they look improved lol. That makes sense, and it's what i should have done lmfao, but instead i pre ordered it. Tbf i have some Switch 1 games i never played (like Zelda) so it wasn't a complete waste, but i defo should have waited till Legends came out looool. Ooops.

Yeah I agree with you, I think people genuinely wanted it as well. I was tempted to stop at my local GameStop just to see if there were any lines, from what people have been telling me there were. Wonder how long they stayed waiting out there. I was almost tempted to go just because it's been so long since I've gone to a midnight release for a console. Have you ever been to one?

My Short Dokomi (Düsseldorf/) Review: (If you don't care im sowwyyyyy, ima still leave it here :3)

You don't know what Dokomi is? Let me explain real quick: It's an Japan and Anime/Manga themed Event/Convention.

It was my first time there and I met some really cool people and saw incredible cosplays and characters, it was such a fun experience!
There were also people spontaneously dancing to music, creating such a fun and vibe. Everyone was so chill and friendly, it really added to the positive atmosphere of the event.

That said, it was very crowded and felt a bit overfilled. It was hard to properly look at figures or merchandise because there were just so many people.

Still, I managed to get a few awesome things!
I bought a cup featuring a custom design drawn by someone’s daughter, it looks super cool and unique.
I also picked up a plushie and four keychains: Hatsune Miku, Misa Amane, two cute cats, and one with a hand-drawn design.

My favorite part?
Definitely the Itasha (anime-wrapped car) collection! I absolutely love them, they looked incredible. (18+ section was also good :))
I’ll attach a photo here so you can see!

Some of the cars were themed after The Quintessential Quintuplets, Date A Live, Violet Evergarden, and more.
My personal favorites were the ones with Gawr Gura and Violet Evergarden, they looked so good!

Such a cool experience overall! Recommend :)

From what I have been hearing it seems like switch to systems are sold out everywhere. Makes me wonder if it's actually the fan base or all these scalpers trying to flip them. Don't feel bad, I was getting that FOMO too. Do you like Mario Kart?

Yeah Star Ocean is a great series, have you ever played The Last Hope? The main characters English voice sounds like he's trying to be a superhero. XD

I have been watching a lot of unboxings for the Nintendo Switch 2 today since everybody's talking about it. Got to it it does make me want to get one, but I got to be patient here. ^_^; It's amazing how the box for it looks even smaller than the box for the original Nintendo Switch.

Yeah sadly it did butcher the OG characters voices in Dawn. I did enjoy the battle system and the new characters that were introduced though. Come to think of it I don't know if I ever finish the game. 😱

Have you played any of the Star Ocean games? They have a similar combat feel to them.

Yeah but sometimes i feel like they put little effort into the 3D models loool, especially when you compare them to the GameCube games that came out like 20 years ago. Voice acting would be cool. I'd even take just important cutscenes being voice, it doesn't have to be the whole game lmao. You planning (or maybe you've already gotten one) to get a Switch 2?
