Synopsis

More than a century after an eccentric scholar made an infamous deal with a devil, the story of Faust has ed into legend. However, the true Faust is not the stuffy, professorial man known in fairy tales, but a charismatic, bespectacled woman named Johanna Faust, who happens to still be alive. Searching for pieces of her long-lost demon, Johanna es through a provincial town, where she saves a young boy named Marion from a criminal's fate. In exchange, she asks a simple favor of Marion, but Marion soon finds himself intrigued by the peculiar Doctor Faust and s her on her journey.

Preliminary (2/20 eps)
You know, for a manga by Kore Yamazaki, this isn't well know, like at all. I didn't even know it existed until I came upon it on a reviewer section of a manga magazine, and even then, the premise was...odd. Anyways, I read the first two chapters and here's my opinion.

Art: GORGEOUS. Yamazaki is an amazing artist, and it shows. All the s are well illustrated and give off a fairy-tail vibe. The characters are distinct, and pop out on the page.

Story: Sorta like Mochizuki crossed with Kaori Yuki. Lots of twists, and some mild horror.
