For a medical manhwa, not bad. This story has really nice art and the main character is pretty likeable. The world building and plot are pretty good as well except I found that the medical scenarios were way too short, easy and not detailed enough as they should be for a medical manhwa. The pacing of the story is solid though.

Overall, this story is good. It has good art and it seems to be getting better as it goes on in of plot. If you can get over the fact that the medical situations are not the main part of the story, then this ... will be a solid read. The leveling system is cool and it has some unique parts about it that make it a solid medical manhwa. Check this out if you need something that is a fun read :)

Short Review:
It’s boring with predictable writing. It’s okay, nothing good or bad.

Detailed Review:
I haven’t read many medical stories in general, probably less than ten, so I’m pretty impartial towards them. For this manwha, I can’t explicitly tell you what’s good nor bad.

However, I will say this, the main character is “realistic,” but the antagonists and ing characters are flat out annoying. Let me elaborate a bit more; the mc doesn’t immediately go from a loser to an absolute sigma chad because of his PTSD and constant belittlement. In contrast, though, every other character is absurdly one-dimensional and are only there to incur doubt among the ... mc.

With that being said, that is the formula that drives this plot; it is rinse and repeat, so the plot becomes boring rather quickly. Along with this, it’s hard to root for the mc because of his motives for everything; every action is for money and not much else.

The manwha has a somewhat interesting concept that becomes very disengaging due to the lack of diversity.

I just finished reading. (Not better or best) It's a fine manhwa. Chapter by Chapter it's story gets better. When you reading i think you don't feel bored but it's predictable writing. However, It's annoying for those who read a lot of manhwa/manhua on this genre. Not everyone may like it. For a medical manhwa it's not one of the best. Interesting concept, poor execution. The first season is over (there is no action scene in the first season). Still, I believe 2nd season will be must better(waiting).

Story:
Raymond, born from an illicit affair with the king, had been subjected to shame and ... contempt. In search of solace, he pursued the path of a healer, yet faced ridicule for receiving an F rank.
But one day, a miraculous awakening awaited him.
"You have transformed into a player!"
"Chosen profession: Surgeon (SSS-rank)."
Through this newfound power, Raymond obtained medical knowledge that was unheard of in his world.
