The story is pretty well written, being one of the better isekai mangas i've read. It starts out by showing Yakutani Kanji's workplace which he seems to never get a break from, causing him to develope extreme fatigue which he eventually dies from; New world here we come!

Art: 7
The art is pretty good, some parts i've felt it was drawn poorly but overall there isn't really anything to say about it.

Characters: 6
The characters are average at best, no one really stands out ... as original in any sense. (The main character's "other-world" father really interested me though).

Enjoyment: 9
Just because the characters aren't interesting or the art isn't that spectacular doesn't mean this manga isn't worth reading. The way it explains the diseases and the ingredients used in medicine are so interesting and helped me understand just how much work and time goes into these medicines that physichians invent.

Overall: 7.5
This manga is very interesting, nowhere near being a masterpeice but it will definitely entertain anyone interested in practising medicine or just for a fun read.

So to start off I Don't read much 'slice of life' type manga but i did enjoy this one. When the MC goes to diagnose people and treat them he gives detailed descriptions on what the disease/illness is and how to treat it medically. I don't know how accurate it is since i don't know medicines but I but found this really cool to read since it made me feel like i was learning something. Also seeing how in this world the medical field is basically like the middle ages makes me really appreciate how medicine has really advanced since then.
The Art style ... i found was pretty good. Everything was pretty pleasing to the eye. All the scenes seemed to flow well and wasn't out of place.

If you love medical-themed titles, or maybe someone who just loves Science, then consider giving this one a try.

While it's an isekai title involving many fantasy elements, the author managed to perfectly introduce medicinal and even basic Science knowledge without looking too unbelievable. The artist also managed to portray the author's story in a beautiful way.

I don't have any knowledge in medicine aside from the things that were taught in high school. Fortunately, the story managed to explain technical things in a simple way so I don't feel that alienated while reading it. It's well-researched and it doesn't feel pretentious to me.

The only comment ... I have about this title is its characterization. Aside from the main character, ing characters aren't that fleshed out yet. But that is understandable given that it's been just 40 chapters. I also like that the main character have realistic expectations. He knows he can't save everyone, but he still does everything he can to save lives.

Overall, I'd give it a score of 8. It's a well-researched story with many fun elements.
