Wagaya no Liliana-san The Animation

Since no one has written a review of this hentai I yet I decided it would be fair for me to discuss it, as I believe it is a pretty solid hentai. So without further ados, welcome to my review of the hentai: "Wagaya no Liliana-san The Animation", I attempt to sum up my thoughts on the hentai briefly.

Story: 8/10.
The story in Wagaya no Liliana-san is actually one of it's best points, which is rather surprising for hentai's in general (Especially ones that are only one episode). The main premise is that our main character Tatsuya comes across a homeless woman named Liliana-san and ... offers to take her home for a little while. As we all know, a little while is really non-existent in hentai's, so rather Tatsuya keeps her for more than a year. The plot of the show is very original as not many hentai's have such a similar premise, topped with that the story it presents is actually captivating to view. Where the hentai trips up however is in it's pacing. I will it that the transition shots are pretty good, but I feel for the early portion of the show, as it feels if they are just rushing to get to the shmex scenes and not really providing good buildup, which did put me off. The hentai is only around 25 mins, but I feel if it went the extra mile and went to 30 mins, it could have honestly made the story close to perfection! Still, a really good premise and story.

Art: 8/10.
The art in Wagaya no Liliana-san is very good! The overall style and structure of the drawing themselves are high quality and fit the show well. The show also utilizes a
dark and heavy contrast, which is both good and bad. I feel this style while looking beautiful does not really mesh well with the hair of that characters. The body and faces fit perfectly with the coloring choice but the hair does suffer in my eyes and it does put it down a peg as we constantly see the character's hair (Note, I am talking more about Liliana-san for the hair but Tatsuya's hair is decent in some scenes.). The Animation is really good as well! Not perfect but it is fluid enough to where you will constantly have something to look at enjoy. The directing of the hentai is also very impressive! As there is a good mix of camera angles in shmex scenes!

Sound: 9/10.
The sound for the series is exceptional! I have no clue who voiced Liliana-san but her voice is spot on! Very cute and innocent sounding, but can still pull off the performance during shmex scenes! Very good sound direction.

Character: 8/10.
Liliana-san was a great character throughout the hentai. I liked her ever since she first appeared on screen. She kind of feels like a Hinata but more pervy of course, which is always a bonus ;) Her design is also very good (besides her hair!), she pops out of the screen thanks to the color direction and looks very attractive too! But what brings her character down is how I feel I didn't truly get to see her personality shine. And this is do the pacing, as if they just spent 5 extra minutes building her up, then I seriously would consider her to be one of my favorite hentai female leads!

Enjoyment: 8/10.
All and all, Wagaya no Liliana-san The Animation is a very good hentai! It's sound direction is very praise-worthy! Although the other categorizes all have their share of shortcomings, as an overall product however the hentai is amazing! The art is great, the story has an interesting premise and Liliana-san is fucking waifu! What else could you want.

Overall:8/10! I would highly recommend you watch it! It's only 1 episode :)

This should be the golden standard for hentai,
as it's story shows the evolution of a loving wholesome relationship the characters are believable and cute as they awkwardly interact with each other slowly becoming more comfortable with each other over time. while the animation isn't anything revolutionary it portrays the characters perfectly not adding to much or to little detail. The sound doesn't always feel there with a handful of audio errors, but it might just be the site I used. The art style is simple you can definitely enjoy the background as well as the foreground.

Overall this hentai is definitely worth your time if ... you want to enjoy a beautiful vanilla hentai that makes your heart melt just as much as your "other" heart.

Watching this filled me with an overwhelming sense of, "But why?" First off, there is something about our main female character, Liliana, being "Magi" in the description. Magi? What's a Magi? They never explain what the hell a Magi is. What really happens is that some random shota boy looks at some leaves funny and decides to follow it. But why? Then shota boy scares away some dogs and finds a random naked lady in the middle of an alley. But why? Shota boy decides to take her in and gets her some clothes. Fair enough. Then they start going out and get close enough ... to have sex. Seems forced, but it's hentai so okay. Then shota boy's undisclosed brother delivers a maid uniform and a bunny suit.

BUT WHY!? (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

I hate to break it to you, but this hentai doesn't make much sense. However, if we decide to turn off our brain to this matter, it's cute. Very abrupt, forced romantic progression, but still cute nonetheless. It's hard to get into since the extreme lovey-dovey aspects don't really feel deserved. Even with all these issues mentioned, that's only enough to dock a single point off. The main meat of things is the fact that aspects of the art and animation are mediocre.

In general, things look faded and splotchy. It's more or less fine in close ups, but some of the splotches just feel out of place, like it would be better off without it. I like how our shota boy contrasts with Liliana's skin tone and her alternate skin tone in the night scene. So it's definitely decent quality art, but not good.

If there is anything interesting about the animation, it would be the dynamics of the sex. They definitely are not as rigid as some other hentai with their poses and are trying to imitate the fluidity of Rance animation. Keyword: trying. There are jarring instances of some body parts being completely out of sync with other parts of the animation. While they may be less rigid than other hentai animations, there is still some awkward rigidity in some of the sex scenes. I also seeing a part where she was talking, but it was only shota boy's mouth moving during the fingering scene. Though since they put in the effort to put in more finesse in there sex scenes by adding many subtle details like a deepening embrace during a climax, it ends up being slighty above average animation. So mix the art and animation together and it's just average, ambitious art and animation with some derpy fails.

I'd give the art & animation a 7. Dock off a point from all the other funky unexplained Magi business and forced lovey-dovey stuff and it's a 6 to me. Still cute nonetheless.
